Returns

If you’re not be entirely satisfied with your purchase then we’re here to help. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please notify us by emailing miloscents@gmail.com, stating your name, order number and your reason for return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. When you receive the credit will be dependant on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­ refundable.
